This was an idea I had awhile back and so I did a couple test batches to see how they would turn out. I ended up giving three to friends and keeping the blue penguin for myself.
The idea was to create small, cute animals that could be used for keychains and other things. I've actually worn a couple on necklaces too. ^_^ I liked how the first ones came out so I did a couple more animals, and for fun, I did my character Caberdrone.
Then it hit me that I could -probably- even do small versions of fanasty creatures too and maybe even other characters.
I've been working in batches of three to five and it takes about three to four days to finish depending on how busy I am. I thought I'd put them up and see how the interest was, especially since it's getting close to Christmas!
Thinking of $10 for normal critters and $15 for fantasy creatures/characters. Add a few for shipping and handling.
If interested, sent me a note with the animal and color scheme.
They take about three-ish days, maybe less depending, but I do four or five animals at a time. And I use sculpy to make them. It's pretty fun, I've been using it for years.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
